- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referral source and website activity where collected by our hosting, security, cookie or embedded-service providers.
- Publicly available property or contact information, or information supplied by an estate agent, landlord, seller, buyer, tenant or other person involved in arranging access.
Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is genuinely necessary for us to deal with your enquiry.

- Kanda or another finance provider where you ask about finance and further information is needed to progress an application. The finance provider will provide its own privacy information and act under its own responsibilities.
- Police, courts, regulators, government bodies or other parties where disclosure is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Our website uses or links to third-party services, which may receive technical information when you use them:
- Contact Form 7 to submit website enquiries.
- Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms and the website from spam, bots and malicious activity. Turnstile may process technical signals such as your IP address, browser and device information, TLS fingerprint, site key and the website origin. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Google Maps to display our location and provide directions.
- Google Fonts to provide website typography.
- Trustindex and Google Reviews to display customer reviews.
- WhatsApp when you choose to contact us using its service.
- Checkatrade and Trustpilot when you follow links to those review platforms.
Those providers may process information under their own privacy policies. Some may process information outside the UK. Where we appoint a provider to process information for us, we require appropriate contractual and security safeguards. Where you independently open or use a third-party service, its own privacy terms apply.
6. Cookies
Our website and its embedded services may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for operation, security, preferences or third-party content. Google Maps, Google Reviews, Trustindex, WordPress plugins and other embedded services may set their own cookies when they load or when you interact with them.
